Description
In Motorsport Manager, you take control of a Racing Team. As the team manager you need to both hire drivers, get sponsors, manage staff, plan racing strategies and more.
Before each race the team need to test the track in a qualifying round. At this point the car can be tested with different gear ratio and aerodynamics giving the car different racing abilities. During the race, you need to decide when to pit, and what tires to put on. You may also decide how aggressive your drivers should run. Aggressive driving can result it faster lap times, but it will also increasing tire wear and crash chances.
Between races you need to decide handle economics and invest in personal and equipment development. Overexpending could be the end of the team, but used wisely it could lead to more winnings.
