Nijiiro Dodgeball: Otome-tachi no Seishun

In the near future, the sport of dodgeball has grown in popularity to rival soccer and baseball, and an international professional league has been established. Youth teams from across the country play and compete for a chance to join the pros. Ten girl's teams have been selected for a tournament, and the winning team will be allowed to join the professional league.

Nijiiro Dodgeball is a dodgeball game in the tradition of Super Dodge Ball featuring an all-female cast. Each team of four, plus three support players on each side, must use a variety of techniques including dashes, jumps, and numerous special moves, to knock out the other team by draining their stamina. If all four players on a team are knocked out, they lose.

There are two game modes available. Venus League mode is a story mode in which the player selects a manager and a team, and must lead them to league victory while training their players' attributes. As the story proceeds, various events happen which may effect specific players' abilities and relationships with each other, and it is up to the player as the manager to keep their team competitive. Spot Match mode is a free versus mode for one or two players where any two teams can square off. There are ten different teams to choose from, each with characters designed by popular illustrators.
