Nostalgia

Description
Nostalgia is another DVD quiz game this time based on events from the 1960's onwards. There are twelve games on the DVD, six multiplayer games and six single player games, in each case the objective is the same and that is to score as many points as possible over seven newspaper themed rounds.
Scoring is done manually with a pen and a piece of paper and a score sheet is available on the DVD in .pdf format. Teams must select a name and an icon before the game begins as throughout the quiz the icon will be used to indicate bonus questions some of which could score double points for a correct answer while others can lose the team points for an incorrect answer.
All players/teams see the same questions on screen and record their answers on separate score sheets, the format of the rounds is as follows:* Round 1: Time Trivia. Following a video clip the players may be asked "Who was the next American president?", or "This took place in xxxxxx, on what sea does xxxxxx lie?" as well as the usual "What year was this?"
- Round 2: Blast From The Past. The players are shown a fragmented picture and must identify the person portrayed, just three questions in this round.
- Round 3: Multiple Choice. Twelve quick questions each with four possible answers.
- Round 4: Who Said What?. This round has two audio clips and the players have to identify the speaker
- Round 5: The Order Of Time. Two questions in which the teams are shown four pictures and must put them in the correct order.
- Round 6: Question Time. Twelve quick questions ranging from subjects as diverse as US politics, UK music, computer games and technology, television and fashion since the 1960's.
- Round 7: Read All About It. Players are shown the front page of a newspaper and must answer question on it
After each round players are given the opportunity to replay it or continue.
All questions are spoken as well as appearing as on-screen text
If the scores are tied at the end of a game a single tie-break question is asked. The first person/team to answer correctly wins, if neither side answers correctly then the side whose answer is closest wins.
