NoteBlaster

NoteBlaster is a side-scrolling shooter set in space that also teaches players to read notes. Using a piano keyboard near the bottom of the screen and drum pads the player controls a space ship on the left side of the screen, flying over staff-lines. Enemy ships appears as notes on the right side and the player needs to blast them by identifying the correct note based on the position, using turn-based gameplay. Rhythm based levels with drums use real-time gameplay.

The game uses bright neon and futuristic visuals. It is free-to-play with in-app purchases for level packs, note and rhythm training, and blaster style upgrades.
