Omega

Omega is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro.

The player controls a spaceship that moves laterally and fires vertically towards the top of the screen. An enemy mothership travels across the screen and drops off two alien vessels. These aliens vessels rapidly move towards the bottom of the screen where they deposit bombs, and then begin to fire towards the player. The player must avoid these bombs and enemy fire while trying to destroy the vessel. When the enemies on the screen are destroyed a new mothership appears. The player starts with three lives.
