Otoboku: Maidens Are Falling For Me

Otoboku: Maidens Are Falling For Me is a Japanese adult romance visual novel about a boy who transfers to an all-girls school. The player controls Mizuho Kaburagi, a student who faces a dilemma when he discovers that his late grandfather's last wish was for Mizuho to attend the school that their family had built, Seio Girls Academy, as a student. Despite the strangeness of the request, Mizuho is persuaded by his childhood friend, Mizuya Mikado, to go along with it, using his mother's maiden name, Miyanokouji, to conceal his identity. Mizuho's androgynous appearance makes it easy for him to blend in, but he becomes unexpectedly popular and receives a lot of attention, including from the refined and aristocratic Shion Juujou and the childish and hyperactive Ichiko Takashima. After a series of misunderstandings leads to Mizuho becoming the idol of the entire student body, he must carefully navigate his new environment while also deciding where his heart lies.

Like most visual novels, the gameplay revolves around navigating through the story by reading text and periodically making a decision that may influence the outcome of the plot, leading to multiple branching storylines and endings. Through the player's choices, various romantic storylines develop, leading to deepening relationships with the female characters. Some of these storylines include scenes with explicit sexual content. The game features voice acting for all significant characters, including the protagonist.
