Pacman 3D
Description
Pacman 3D is a single player Pac-Man variant.
The player controls a 3D version of Pacman who races around a maze eating dots for points and dodging monsters. In the maze are power pills that turn the tables, after eating one of these Pacman becomes the hunter and, for a short while, is able to eat the monsters. Game play is virtually identical to the classic Pac-Man game as this game is entirely keyboard controlled. Once Pacman starts moving he'll keep moving in the same direction until told otherwise. This means that when he is part way down a row in the maze the player can instruct him to turn right/left which he will do at the next junction.
Points are scored when Pacman eats a pill, a monster, or one of the bonus items that appear in the maze. The player starts with five lives and additional lives can be awarded by eating the appropriate bonus item. Each level in the game has a code which the player can use when restarting, thus skipping previously played levels.
The game has a few sound effects, plays in a window and the game speed is adjustable making the game playable on machines with varying processing capabilities.
