PentoPuzzle is an implementation of a mathematical tiling puzzle that evolved during the 1950’s and 60’s and has since been released as a child’s toy. The object of the game is played on one of four grids 6x10; 5x12; 4x15; and 3x20 with twelve pentomino tiles (that is a shape made up of five equal sized squares similar to the four square shapes in Tetris).
This game is played with the mouse, a piece can be rotated 90° with a left mouse click or flipped to their mirror image with a double click.
This game was released as postcardware, i.e. all the author asked is that if anyone liked the game could they send him a postcard so he'd know his work was not in vain.
