Philophobia: The Fear of Love

Philophobia: The Fear of Love is an abstract puzzle platformer that tackles the themes of breakup and heartbreak. The game consists of over 100 challenging levels grouped into five stages based on the five stages of grief. Each stage culminates with a boss fight involving a demon of grief. Unlike most games, in Philophobia hearts symbolize heartbreak and must be avoided rather than collected. A notable mechanic in the game is the limited visibility: the player can only see what the playable character can see (i.e., things that are not obscured by platforms and other objects).
