Pilgrim's Progress
Description
Pilgrim's Progress is a religious-themed text adventure based upon Paul Bunyan's The Pilgrim's Progress from This World, to That Which Is to Come.
The player takes on the role of Pilgrim, starting in their home in the City of Destruction, the player must travel to the Celestial City, while being tempted by numerous sins and alternative paths. Along the journey, the player meets the personification of various virtues and vices. The player carries the Bible with them, and are instructed to read various biblical verses as they travel.
All commands are via VERB NOUN entry, and there is a save/restore feature.
