Planet Patrol
Description
Planet Patrol is a 1-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari.
The player must protect the planet from being overrun by the nasty Critens. The player controls a ship at the left of the screen that can move up and down, and fires a laser to the right. Enemies approach in formation of three from the right of the screen, including Smurgels, Drungels, and Kjuegels. Enemies, if not destroyed, appear again to the right after moving off the screen to the left. When all three enemies are destroyed, a new wave of three enemies appears. The player starts with three ships, and it's game over when all are lost.
