Port Royale 3: Harbour Master

Harbour Master is the first piece of downloadable content (DLC) for Port Royale 3: Pirates & Merchants. It updates the game with six additional buildings such as an embassy or a fire department, decoration objects like statues, plants and pavings, more control over the extension of the defense lines, access to an economic adviser and it provides the ability to build ships.
