Quiver

Quiver is an open source raycasting game engine and retro-styled sci-fi FPS. The engine is based around an orthogonal grid and features full coloured lighting support, as well as a modular scripting system.

The game exists as a short demo for the engine, in which the player navigates a series of levels to reach the exit and progress. The story takes place within a futuristic base on another planet. A number of different enemies including projectile-based and hit-scan monsters fill the levels.
