Raiders of the Lost Crown

Raiders of the Lost Crown is a fantasy-themed graphical adventure game for the Apple II.

You play as a barbarian who has been tasked by Prince Simone to retrieve the lost Crown of the Ancients. He who wears the lost crown has the power to rule the Five Kingdoms. Hidden in the Angar mountains lies the fortress of Valen the Sorcerer, where have been tasked with stealing the crown for the reward of a horse and endless mead and wenches. During their adventure, the player will encounter a mermaid, Charon, a giant scorpion, a cyclops, and other threats which prevent them from accomplishing their goal

The is a graphical text adventure, where all entries are entered via VERB NOUN commands. Most puzzles are inventory based. The player must explore the environment and solve a number of puzzles.
