Rapier Punch
Description
Rapier Punch is a 1-player arcade game for the VIC-20.
You are a brave knight who is searching for treasure in a darkened room. The knight can move in all directions, and can fire daggers a short distance horizontally to the left or right. Initially the room is darkened, but as the player explores they discover numerous enemies. On each level the player has 99 time units to find the treasure, and receives points based upon 100 x time remaining. There is also a tone that intermittently plays, and during this time the player can destroy monsters by running into them with their rapier. Enemies include spinning crosses, dragon eggs, and dragons. There are a total of 99 levels, and the player starts with 3 lives.
