Sniper

Sniper is a 1-player arcade game for the VIC-20.

The player is a sniper armed with 25 rounds, and must shoot a man who is moving randomly around the screen. When a man is hit, a new one appears on the screen. The computer tracks the player's hits and misses after 25 shots are fired. There are four levels of difficulty that determine target movement rate.
