Reincarnated in the Demon World!

Reincarnated in the Demon World! is a hentai doujin fangame which takes place in the setting of the Disgaea series. The player controls an ordinary man who, in typical isekai fashion, finds that he has been reincarnated inside the Netherworld (which is referred to as the "Demon World" in the English localization of this game).

Instead of a linear campaign or overarching storyline, the game has an open world that leaves the player free to explore as they see fit. Like many JRPGs made using the RPG Maker toolkit, the game features turn-based combat, character leveling, equippable items, and the ability to recruit other characters into the player's party. Depending on their actions, the player may also have sex with various characters, including Disgaea mainstays Etna and Flonne.
