Resident Evil: Revelations 2 - Episode 2: Contemplation

Contemplation is the second episode of Resident Evil: Revelations 2, a survival horror game initially released as four downloadable episodes with a weekly release, and then also as single game and in retail. This second episode is released as DLC for the first one and the story continues from the events of the first episode.

Just like the first episode the campaign portion of the game is split up in two parts, one for Claire and Moira, and another for Barry and Natalia at a later time. It starts when Claire and Moira explore the village on the island and meet two other Terra Save members, Gabe and Pedro, who travel along with them. At a certain point they also meet Natalia. The core gameplay is largely identical, with some new enemies, items and weapons. This episode puts more emphasis on the abilities of the different characters and the team work. One of the boss battles requires intensive use of the combined abilities for instance. For Barry's part Natalia's role becomes more important and she is the only one who can see certain invisible enemies Barry can then take out.

The Raid mode is expanded with additional characters, environments weapons and items, and 36 new missions.
