Retarded Creatures and Caverns
Description
Retarded Creatures and Caverns is a humorous text adventure from Zenobi Software.
The story starts with Bulbo Biggun the Boggit, who also appears in Zenobi's Hobbit parody An Everyday Tale of a Seeker of Gold, calling on his friend and neighbour Algernon. Bulbo should be exploring in this game for 'twas he who ordered and paid for the map, but he's off to receive an award for earlier exploits so he enrols Algernon, packs him off to Castle Toidi and that's where the player comes in and takes over.
The game starts with Algernon standing before the castle door, the player must work out how to enter the castle, deal with the creatures inside and escape with the treasure.
This game was developed using Professional Adventure Writer. It supports the standard shortcuts such as N/S/E/W for North/South/East/West as well as Z for WAIT, X for EXAMINE, I for Inventory, R for REDESCRIBE and L for Look.
