Riddle Stones
Description
Riddle Stones is a nonogram puzzle game in which the goal is to paint tiles in a way that matches the logical clues provided. The numbers above and on the left of the grid show how many consecutive tiles are in a specific row or column. If there is more than one digit in a single row, it means there are several groups of adjacent tiles, separated by at least one unpainted tile. As for Sudoku, there is always a logical next step; the player should never have to guess.
If the player paints a tile incorrectly, they lose health. Once health is fully depleted, they have to start the level again. A variety of boosters can be used at any time during a game, for instance to reveal a row of the puzzle or to refill health to 100%
Each level consists of three to four puzzles of various complexity. Levels are grouped in set of 16 with themes such as fairy tales, pirates, Japan, or Scandinavia which mostly affect the in-game background and color palette.
