Rugby Nations 2011
Description
Rugby Nations 2011 is the third game in the Rugby Nations series. Like previous games it uses a combination of touch-screen and accelerometer controls. Running left or right is done by tilting the device while there are on screen buttons for passing the ball to the left or the right, tackling, dodging and kicking. Touch screen controls are also used to add players to a ruck or a maul. Conversion kicks are taken by swiping a line from the ball to the goal. Swiping is also used to push against the opponents in a scrum.
The available game modes are similar to previous editions and include six nations, tri nations and world cup as well as different conversions modes (elimination, countdown, practice) that are all about taking conversion kicks. New in the 2011 edition is the inclusion of a challenge mode. In each challenge the player takes control of a team in the middle of a match and has to reach a certain objective.
