Sailplane Derby
Description
Sailplane Derby is a 1 - 4 player flying game for the TRS-80.
The player takes control of a glider, and tries to complete a course where they must glide to two separate locations, and then return to their starting point. The player can choose the locations of their waypoints as well as weather conditions. Extra altitude can be reached by spending time within updrafts. Travelling faster will cause the plane to lose altitude more quickly. The player can adjust the direction and speed of their vessel. Cockpit display shows airspeed indicator, altitude, compass, variometer, turn indicator, and stopwatch.
