Scallywag: In the Lair of the Medusa

Scallywag: In the Lair of the Medusa is an action RPG. The player takes on the role of Rapius, a farm laborer who must protect The Gosling Valley from evil creatures. The game contains eight worlds with over 80 randomly generated levels each with a boss fight. It has such gameplay features as crafting, leveling-up, and environmental puzzles. The goal of each map is to find the rope and the exit. The main character carries a lantern to light his way through the dungeons. Players must carefully budget their oil considering the supply and how far they want to see.

Scallywag comes with a game engine called RAGe (Random Adventure Game engine) that allows users to mod the game or develop their original games.
