Shaman King: Spirit of Shamans

Shaman King: Spirit of Shamans is a 2D fighting game based on the manga and anime series created by Hiroyuki Takei. Gameplay is in the tradition of Street Fighter II, with two characters fighting against each other using various attacks and special moves, attempting to drain their opponent's health to win the match. The story mode follows the first half of the anime's story, with the player controlling the protagonist Yoh Asakura.

In addition to the story mode, there are several other game modes, including a single-player arcade mode, a free battle mode against the computer or a second player, a 3-on-3 team battle mode for one or two players, a training mode, and a skills trial mode where the player must complete specific tasks. There are only four characters available at the start, but completing the story mode and various other challenges will unlock a total of 17 playable characters. There are also several additional game modes and mini-games that can be unlocked.
