Solve It!
Description
Solve It! is a mystery solving game for the Apple II.
You are a detective at the Solve It Detective Agency. Detectives have already investigated the case, but they have not yet pieced together all the clues. There are 6 cases to investigate, and each starts with a case history and an assignment. From there, the player can research further using the Solve It Central Computer database. The player can search the database for specific clues, review the case history, ask for hints from the Chief Detective, or solve the mystery. The player is rewarded a score based upon the number of hints needed to correctly solve the mystery.
There are 3 levels of difficult: Rookie, Senior Detective, and Super Sleuth. On the lower levels, all clues are important, but on higher levels no clues are unimportant unless related to other clues, and many clues are not related to the mystery.
