Space Assault

Space Assault is a 1-player Space Invaders clone for the TRS-80 CoCo.

The player controls a small ship on the bottom of the screen, that moves horizontally and fires vertically. The player tries to destroy numerous waves of alien invaders. The alien invaders move horizontally, while returning fire at the player. Each time an invader moves across the screen, they move down one row, and reverse direction. Several small shields offer protection for the player, but these are destroyed by alien and friendly fire. There are 2 levels of difficulty, and the player starts with 3 ships.
