Space Quest

Space Quest is the 3rd in a series of space warfare games developed in this arcade genre (Space Voyager, Great Wave and Space Quest).

The game play worked in such a manner that aliens would come down from the top one row at a time, but as a sequel game to Space Voyager, the formations of the aliens was different for every level, from the simple one row of aliens, to multiple rows that would move in both directions.

As each alien reached the edge of the screen, they would move down a row until they would overcome the gamer. Free ships could be earned as we as reward animations. For example, when 10,000 points were achieved, an alien space craft would land and bestow more points to the player.
