Space Station Freedom

Space Station Freedom is an educational game about space exploration and data skills for the Apple II.

Set during the planning stage for the American Space Station Freedom, the player must choose from a list of astronauts to determine which would be most suitable candidates for an upcoming mission. The player is tasked with searching though a database of information regarding life in space, previous space missions, and the biographies of potential astronauts. The player is rewarded points for successfully answering multiple choice questions related to tasks that send them searching within the database. At the end of information gathering, the player must choose the 3 most suitable astronauts, and they gain points based upon how close their choices were to the ideal astronauts.
