Sports Illustrated: Championship Football & Baseball

This Sports Illustrated licensed game features two sports in a single cartridge.

The first sport is American football. There are options to lengthen the game between 15 minutes and 1 hour as a tournament or a single game, with 28 different National Football League teams to choose from. During a match, the player directly controls the team member with the ball. In between matches, the player can pick a strategy and formation to improve team members’ performance.

The second sport is traditional baseball. The player can select between 1 and 9 innings in a single game or tournament, and pick one of 28 Major League Baseball teams. The player takes control of the team batter to begin with, then after the half-time switches to the role of the pitcher.
