Star Struck

Star Struck is a horizontally-scrolling shoot-em-up. The player controls a spaceship with the mission of eliminating "flying objects". The entire game takes place in space. The game is divided into stages, but backgrounds remain the same, and the stages are differentiated by the amount of encountered enemies, and in some cases also their type. There are no power-ups or secondary weapons; the player-controlled ship can only us the default laser shot. Stand-out features include bombs that release multiple bullets only when shot at, and so-called "formation attacks" in which different types of enemies (usually headed by a stronger unique foe) team up to assault the protagonist.
