Suck my dick or die! is a Japanese hentai visual novel with a focus on non-consensual sex. The player takes on the role of one of two protagonists: a young man named Haresu who serves as a butler for a wealthy village man, or a military lieutenant named Prosper who abuses his authority to rape women. The game has a choice-based system where the events of the game unfold differently depending on the player's decisions. It also features voice acting for all significant characters except the protagonist.

The game takes place in a country which is plagued by constant civil war due to poverty and corruption. When a woman is raped and murdered in a remote part of ​​the country, National Army Second Lieutenant "Prosper" claims this to be the work of rebels and stations himself in a nearby village. However, the culprits were actually Prosper's subordinates, and Prosper's real purpose in the village is to cover up the incident. Prosper and his friends proceed to round up the village girls and accuse them of being rebel collaborators, using this as an excuse to rape them. Prosper is joined by Haresu, a young man who is so disillusioned with the rebel army that he joins the government army and is coerced into raping his former companions, but little do they know that the real rebel army is nearby and is about to start moving against them.
