Super Puzzle Platformer Plus

Super Puzzle Platformer Plus is an updated version of Super Puzzle Platformer, featuring redone graphics and sound.

The game is a mix of falling block puzzle game and action platformer, with your player character running and jumping around the bottom of the playfield while multicolored blocks fall from the ceiling.

The blocks can be destroyed by shooting them with your laser gun, and connected blocks of the same color will be destroyed together in a combo. Destroyed blocks give points but also drop power up shards, which will level up your gun once enough are collected. Getting crushed by a block will not kill you instantly, but reduce your power level by a fair bit.

Occasionally traps and enemies, like spike blocks and cannons, will also drop with the regular blocks. These can only be destroyed by breaking a nearby block. Touching an enemy is an instant game over, as is touching the bottom of the playfield.

The game features three different costumes for the protagonist to choose from, with differing abilities, two of which have to be unlocked.
