Sweet Milf: Episode Rumiko is downloadable content for the Japanese adult visual novel Sweet Milf which adds a story route in which the protagonist can have sex with the heroine Rumiko Katsuragi. This story route was originally included in the retail version of the game, Shukubo no Uzuki: Hitozuma, Mibōjin no Ureta Karada to Amai Toiki, but was omitted from the Steam version and made a DLC purchase instead.
