Sweet Milf: Episode Sizue is downloadable content for the Japanese adult visual novel Sweet Milf which adds a story route in which the protagonist can have sex with the heroine Sizue (Shizue) Minamori. This story route was originally included in the retail version of the game, Shukubo no Uzuki: Hitozuma, Mibōjin no Ureta Karada to Amai Toiki, but was omitted from the Steam version and made a DLC purchase instead.
