Hot Fit! Episode Miyu is downloadable content for the Japanese adult visual novel Hot Fit! which adds a story route in which the protagonist can have sex with the heroine Miyu Harutachi. This story route was originally included in the retail version of the game, Fit Shichao! Toshiue Josei to Asedaku Lesson Hatsutaiken, but was omitted from the Steam version and made a DLC purchase instead.
