The Devil's Shroud: Part I

The Devil's Shroud - Part I is a free 2D click-and-point adventure game. It features an inventory. The game can be controlled via mouse. The game series consists of 4 parts as separate games. The game uses photographic backgrounds of real locations with hand drawn characters except for the face.

Story: In the first game is set in Turin (Italy) and surroundings. The protagonist Leonard Ketmeier is a professor of medieval history and an expert in satanism. While at home he gets a letter from the abbot of the nearby S. Michele abbey and is asked to make a visit. A dead monk has been found in his cell along with strange blood marks on the wall. Leonard Ketmeier suspects a satanic cult.
