The Hordes
Description
The Hordes is an updated version of the game with the same name from 2008. It is a simple 80's-style arcade shoot 'em up where enemies grow fiercer as you power up your ship.
As a lone defender against the invading Hordes you are attacked by never-ending waves of smaller aliens, aided by single larger alien variants. The larger aliens will drop a power-up when defeated, which add to your firepower but also increases the rank and amount of your assaultants.
Higher rank aliens are worth more points, but are more powerful and aggressive. Getting killed will cost you one life and cut your powerfire and rank in half, forcing you to build up again.
