The Humble Double Fine Bundle
Description
The Humble Double Fine Bundle is a compilation of up to 5 games plus various game prototypes and a documentary from Double Fine Productions for Linux, Mac and Windows. The bundle contains the following games:
- Costume Quest
- Psychonauts
- Stacking
If more than the average was paid, the bundle would also include
- Brütal Legend
If at least 35$ were paid, you would also become a "slacker backer" of the Kickstarter funded game
- Broken Age
and paying 70$ or more would also include
- a bundle exclusive t-shirt.
After one week
- Amnesia Fortnight 2012 (with the game prototypes available for Windows only)
was added for those who had already bought the bundle or for new buyers paying above the average.
The first three games in the bundle were sold using a pay-what-you-want model, adding a new component by adding several fixed prices for higher level rewards for the first time. The payment could be split freely among the developers of the games, the Electronic Frontier Foundation and Child's Play charities and the Humble Bundle organizers. All games were advertised as being DRM free with the Linux and Mac versions of Stacking, Costume Quest and Brütal Legend debuting in this bundle. Like previous bundles also this bundle was available for two weeks only.
The bundle includes the soundtracks of the games (including Amnesia Fortnight) in FLAC and MP3 format; additionally to the DRM free downloads the games could be redeemed on the Ubuntu Software Center and - when paying more than 1$ - on Steam.
