The Quarter Mile

The Quarter Mile is an math learning and drag racing game for the Apple II.

The player and computer opponents compete in a top-scrolling drag race, where the acceleration of the vehicle is determined by how fast the player can answer math questions. The are numerous question difficulties, which are flashed on the bottom of the screen during the race. A new question is presented whenever the previous is correctly answered. The player competes against 5 other racers, and can view a replay of the race afterwards. On subsequent races the player competes against their old time.
