Tōhō Hisoutensoku

Tōhō Hisoutensoku is a 2D fighting game and the 12.3 game in the Tōhō series. It is a standalone expansion to Scarlet Weather Rhapsody with new characters. The story takes place after Undefined Fantastic Object (Tōhō 12). Sanae Kochiya, Cirno and Hong Meiling are new main characters and they have own story mode. Reimu Hakurei, Marisa Kirisame, Alice Margatroid, Patchouli Knowledge, Utsuho Reiuji (unlockable) and Suwako Moriya (unlockable) are playable too.

The gameplay is very similar to Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. Two characters fight against each other in an arena. They use punches, kicks and various magic spells. Random weather is an important part of the game as it can influence the gameplay in various ways.
