Tranquility Base
Description
Tranquility Base is a Lunar Lander clone for the Apple II
The player controls a small lunar module with the goal of landing on one of the few safe flat plains on the moon's surface. The player starts with 1000 fuel, and receives a point for each successful landing. The player controls vertical and horizontal thrust, with gravity continuously pulling the vessel downward. The vehicle can rotate their lander to 90 degrees in both directions. If the player makes contact with the ground too fast or on uneven terrain, their lander is lost.
