When Shinobu, a young university student, moves in with their childhood friend Mizuki, they discover a cache of women's clothing and cosmetics in Mizuki's luggage. Mizuki shyly explains that they're a cross-dresser, and offer to let Shinobu try it out - awakening a new passion in them.

This game is a cross between a life sim and a visual novel. Players are able to dress up Shinobu however they please using the clothing and makeup they can collect throughout the game, with a detailed system for putting on makeup and the ability to freely mix and match different articles of clothing. New to this game is the ability to share outfits they've created, which was used as a part of an official dressup competition held by the developer. As in the first game, the story scenes branch based on how the player chooses to dress up and where they choose to go; the story can take many different paths, and the player can forge relationships with many different characters.
