Description
Tsui☆Teru is a Japanese adult visual novel about Riku Hashida, a young man who has recently moved into a second-floor apartment above a coffee shop. Upon visiting the shop downstairs, Riku is immediately taken by the charm and beauty of its manager, Kuu Kawai. However, there's a catch: Kuu is not a girl, but a very effeminate guy. Although conflicted by this revelation, Riku finds himself wanting to get closer to Kuu regardless, while Kuu's twin sister, Umi, wants to get closer to Riku.
Like most visual novels, the gameplay consists of reading text atop of illustrated backgrounds and periodically making decisions which may affect the direction of the story. All significant characters except the protagonist are fully voiced.
