Trench

Trench is a 1-player arcade game based upon the Star Wars trench run.

The player's home planet is doomed unless they can destroy the Empire's Death Star by sending a missile down an exhaust vent at the end of a trench on the Star's surface. The player controls an X-Wing fighter and attempt to avoid incoming enemy ships and defensive lasers. They must not hit the sides or bottom, nor leave the trench. When they get close to the vent they must position their missile sight over the vent and fire their missile. There are nine levels of difficulty which increase the length of time to reach the exhaust port.
