Tripitaka
Description
Tripitaka is a Japanese educational adventure game and the second game in the Cosmology of Asia series, following Cosmology of Kyoto. The game tells the story of Genjōsanzō (better known under his Chinese name, Xuanzang), a Chinese Buddhist monk in the 7th century who embarked on a pilgrimage to India in order to attain enlightenment.
The game is completely linear and takes place from a first-person perspective, with the player simply moving the mouse to the correct part of the screen and clicking to advance Genjōsanzō's travels and continue the story. The game features Japanese voice acting.
