Under the Sky World

Under the Sky World is a Japanese erotic role-playing game made using the RPG Maker toolkit. The player controls Karin, a young girl who starts playing an online game called "Sky World", a virtual fantasy world where she can take on the form of an adult woman and battle monsters. However, the game has been infected by a virus that quickly corrupts Karin's innocence, causing her to act promiscuously in both the game and the real world.

The game features a quest system where the player can complete quests given by NPCs in return for items. Items can also be bought from or sold to NPCs. Combat is turn-based, with the player's health and clothing able to be damaged independently of one another.
