VIC Panic
Description
VIC Panic is a 1-player arcade game for the VIC-20.
You are one of the many crew on board a transgalactic mineral freight carrier on a long journey through deep space transporting mineral ore from the outer arm of the galaxy back to Earth. Your job is to carry out maintenance of the super-structure of the ship. During one of these surveillance trips you find that the ship has been overrun by alien beings whose only aim appears to be to take over your ship, even if that means killing the crew.
The player walks along the many platforms of the ship's superstructure, and climbs ladders between levels. Aliens roam randomly about, and armed with a space shovel the player can dig holes in the levels to cause aliens to fall through. After falling through, the player must fill the holes back up to kill the alien. There are 3 levels of aliens, with the hardest having to fall through 3 levels of the freight carrier before they can be defeated. The player has limited oxygen to complete each level and starts with 3 lives.
