Wars Across the World: Kentucky 1861

This DLC for the game Wars Across the World adds the struggle for the neutral Kentucky during the American Civil War to the game. Up to now Kentucky is neutral in the war, but has a good position within the states. Union and Confederate have to persuade the government of Kentucky to allow their troops to cross the border or, even better, join their side. Troops of both sides are rare and separated by the neutral Kentucky. This scenario lasts 16 turns, each turn representing on average about two weeks between June and December 1861.
