Wars Across the World: West Virginia 1861

This DLC for the game Wars Across the World adds the story how West Virginia become an own state as scenario to the game. The Union have to take as much regions as possible to ensure that the referendum is held, while the Confederate have to conquer as much regions as possible to make the referendum fail. Both sides are nearly equal in quality and number in this scenario. The scenario has 16 turns, each representing two weeks between May and December 1861.
