Witch Way

Witch Way is a 1-player arcade game for the VIC-20.

The player tries to rescue and win the love of their sweetheart over 4 separate levels. The player controls a small character who moves laterally and can jump a short distance. The player must navigate a series of platforms, ladders, and gaps to reach the top of each level. All the while, they must jump over or avoid a stream of barrels that roll down through the levels, as well as witches who fly across the screen on a broomstick. On the first stage, the player must rescue their sweetheart from a dangerous fire by pouring on water. Later, they must reach their sweetheart for a kiss, and later on level 3 reach a diamond ring for her. Finally, the player must reach their sweetheart for their wedding.
